STIR FRIED CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE


This is one of the favorite stir-fry recipes for all non-vegetarians out there. It is simple, quick and easy enough to cook. It is best served over rice.
INGREDIENTS
===========
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, thinly sliced - 1 pound
  • Raw Mixed Veggies chopped into bite size pieces - 4 cups
  • About 3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • Chopped Fresh Ginger - 1 Tbsp
  • Soy Sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • Water - 2 Tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil
PROCESS
=======
  • Firstly, in a large-sized pan above high warmth, include the oil and let it to get nice and hot. 
  • Then add the chicken and let it cook for a few minutes or until pretty much fully cooked from beginning to end, remove the chicken to a container and put aside.
  • Thereafter insert a touch more oil to the hot pan and add the garlic and ginger for about a minute and add in the vegetables, in the meantime in a small bowl, whip the soy, water and oyster sauce collectively. 
  • Grill the vegetables in the same heat for almost 3 minutes, and add the chicken back in along with the garlic and cook it for all but 30 seconds. 
  • Add the sauce and cook together for about a minute or until the sauce get thickens. 
  • Serve right away with some steamed rice to enjoy the recipe.

CORIANDER RICE


If you are a vegetarian, then undoubtedly you are going to like this colorful and flavorful Indian coriander rice recipe. You can take it in your lunch box to have a great and delightful diet.

INGREDIENTS

FOR CORIANDER PASTE:
  • Coriander or cilantro – ¾ cup, packed
  • Green chili – 2 small sized
  • Ginger – ½ inch sized piece
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Water – 2 tbsp
  • For Coriander Rice Recipe:
  • Basmati Rice – ¾ cup
  • Oil – 2tbsp
  • Cloves – 2
  • Green cardamom – 2
  • Bay leaf – 1
  • Onion – ¼ cup sliced
  • Cinnamon stick – ½ inch piece
  • Potato – ½ cup cubed
  • Cauliflower – ½ cup cut into bite sized florets
  • Green peas – ¼ cup
  • Carrots – ¼ cup chopped
  • Salt according to your taste sense
  • Water – 1 ¼ cups
PROCESS
=======

MAKING OF PASTE
  • Prior to cooking, rinse the rice well in cold water.
  • Then souse in adequate water for almost 15 minutes.
  • In the meantime slash all the vegetables and prepare coriander paste.
  • Now in a grinder jar take all the paste components with 2 tbsp of water.
  • Compose smooth paste out and put It aside.
MAKING OF CORIANDER RICE RECIPE:
  • In a pressure cooker heat the oil in mild temperature.
  • After that in the hot oil having rice add cloves, cardamom, bay leaf and cinnamon stick. 
  • Let it brown for a minute.
  • Thereafter include some sliced onion and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Now add the remaining vegetables with added salt and combine well.
  • Add prepared paste and stir well almost for 2 minutes.
  • Add wet rice and water and mix them.
  • Cover up the pressure cooker in high heat and let it whistle for twice and finally turn off the stove.
  • Ultimately the recipe is prepared to get served.

SWEET CORN SOUP


Sweet corn soup recipe is an ideal breakfast recipe you can take every day; on the other hand, you can make it as a starter for evening snack too. The reason behind its idealness is that it is very delicious and healthy to eat. Especially, in the wintry season it is really a noteworthy soup recipe for all ages including babies and toddlers.

INGREDIENTS
=========== 
  • Corn kernels - 1 ½ cup 
  • Finely chopped medium sized potato - ½ to 1 
  • Green peas - ¼ cup 
  • Finely chopped carrots - ¼ cup 
  • Finely chopped beans - 4 to 6 
  • Springs of spring onions chopped - 2 to 3 
  • Delicately chopped cauliflower - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Butter - 1 tsp 
  • Sugar - ¼ to ½ tsp 
  • Peeper powder as necessary
PROCESS
=======
  • First of all, rinse the vegetables well and chop them delicately.
  • Thereafter, take some butter in a pot and heat it, add vegetables but for spring onions and then fry for 120 seconds.
  • Keep adding water and boil until the vegetables get cooked.  Keep in mind that cooking on a low flame makes the soup more delicious.
  • Now when you see that the soup has started to boil, then mix corn starch in less water. Though this is an optional method. You can ignore it too. 
  • Finally when the vegetables are mild cooked, pour it in a pot and stir until it thickens. Add salt and sugar in it.
  • Serve sweet corn soup warm with peeper to get the real tasty experience of it.

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE


Chocolate is a loving delight to all and sundry. And here you will explore an awesome and quickest recipe to make dessert that completely based on chocolate. It is really easy to make and you can share this with your beloved friends especially in the occasion of Christmas.

INGREDIENTS

  • Good-quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped - 300g 
  • Eggs - 3 Pcs
  • Caster sugar - 1/4 cup (55g) 
  • Good-quality cocoa powder, sifted - 1 tablespoon 
  • Thickened cream, plus extra whipped cream to serve -300ml 
  • Grated chocolate for serving

PROCESS

  • It is just 3 steps away to get your desired Chocolate mousse.
  • Firstly, put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of tenderly stewing water. 
  • At this time remember one thing; ensure that the bowl should not touch the water. 
  • Swirl until melted. 
  • Then take out bowl from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Thereafter put eggs and sugar in a large bowl together and beat with electric beaters for 5 minutes, or until mixture color gets pale, thick and doubled in volume. 
  • Fold in cocoa powder and let the chocolate cooled until joined.
  • After sometime in a separate container, whisk cream until thickened. 
  • Keep in mind that over-beating may cause bad impact on the ongoing process. 
  • Then use a large metal spoon to fold the cream cautiously into the chocolate mixture, trying to keep the mixture as light as possible. 
  • Finally spoon into 6 serving glasses and let it chill in fridge for at least 1 hour. 
  • Take out from fridge 15 minutes prior to serving, then add some extra whipped cream as topping and grated chocolate to serve.

TAWA PANEER MASALA


Tawa roast paneer is a dry preparation of paneer with some spices and veggies. It is very easy to cook and mouthwatering. It can be served with nun, roti and parantha.

INGREDIENTS
=========== 
  • Paneer  - 200 gm cut into your choice able pieces
  • Green capsicum dice cut- 25 gm
  • Red onion dice cut - 40 gm
  • Ginger & garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt – 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes – round cut – 50 gm
  • Chat masala – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter – 2 or 3 tsp

PROCESS
=======
  • Marinate paneer with ginger & garlic paste, chili powder, yogurt and salt for 10 minutes
  • Melt butter on a pan and add paneer with veggies
  • Simmer for 10 minutes
  • Turn paneer  and add melted butter if requires
  • When veggies are cooked and the dish will be dry remove from heat
  • Sprinkle chat masala on the dish
  • You can use chopped mint or coriander leaves to garnish

MUTTON GHEE ROAST RECIPE


There are lots of variations in mutton recipes and roast mutton recipe is one of them. Cooked mutton is required for preparing this dish. This little spicy and hot mutton dish should be liked by meat lovers.

INGREDIENTS
=========== 
  • Mutton pieces – 500 gm
  • Ginger & garlic paste – 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder – 2 tbsp
  • Beaten sour curd – 1 cup
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
  • Desi ghee – 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bay leaves – 2
  • Green cardamom - 4

PROCESS
=======
  • Put mutton pieces in presser cooker with 1 cup water, bay leaves and cardamoms
  • Wait for 4 to 5 whistles, drain out the juice and keep aside, separate mutton pieces
  • Melt ghee on a pan
  • Add ginger & garlic paste with other spices and salt
  • Put mutton pieces, cooking juice and curd, simmer for 20 minutes
  • When oil starts to separates from pan, remove from heat
  • Garnish with  coriander leaves
MUTTON GHEE ROAST RECIPE
PREPARATION TIME – 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME – 30 MINUTES
SERVE FOR – 4 PERSONS

CHICKEN GOLD COIN


Gold coin is a popular Chinese dish as well as snack item. Boneless chicken pieces are used in this preparation. Shrimps are also used to make gold coins.

INGREDIENTS
===========
  • Regular flour bread or brown bread – 8 pieces
  • Chopped chicken pieces – 100 gm
  • Chopped onion – 3 tbsp
  • Chopped green chili – ½ tsp
  • Ginger strips – ½ tsp
  • Paprika powder – 1 tsp
  • Corn flour – 1 or 1 and ½ cup
  • Egg – 1 or 2
  • Fruit vinegar – 1 tbsp 
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry  

PROCESS
=======
  • In a pan heat oil and add chicken pieces with salt and vinegar
  • Cook until chicken pieces turn white in colour
  • Add ginger stripes, paprika and green chilies
  • Add little hot water if required to cook the chicken
  • Add onion, stir and make a dry mixture, remove from fire, let it cool
  • Cut breads in round shape, put chicken mixture on the top of bread, cover with another round shaped bread pieces
  • Mix eggs with corn flour, add little amount of water, thickness must adjust
  • Use salt for seasoning
  • Heat oil in pan, coat the bread pieces with cone flour mixture and deep fry
  • Serve with any choice able dip

FISH CURRY MASALA


Indian style fish curry is tasty and mouthwatering. This recipe can be prepared with any kind of fish but king fish will be most suitable for this preparation. I am using tomato puree for the gravy, but you can use yogurt to enrich the gravy. 

INGREDIENTS
===========
  • King fish pieces each 50 gm – 8
  • Onion paste – 2 tsp
  • Ginger paste – 1 tsp
  • For dry roast –( cumin seeds – ½ tsp, coriander seeds -1/2 tsp, whole dry red chili – 4, fennel seeds – ½ tsp)
  • Tomato puree or yogurt – ½ cup
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil – ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing

PROCESS
=======
  • Clean the fish pieces and rub salt and turmeric powder on the pieces
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, fry fish pieces 
  • Remove the pieces and add onion & ginger paste in the rest of the oil
  • Stir and add other spices such as salt and turmeric
  • Blend the dry roasted spices to get a fine powdered masala
  • Combine with other spices in the pan
  • When the spices cooked and oil starts to leave the pan, add tomato puree and stir
  • Add 1 large cup water and bring to boil
  • Add fish pieces, cover the pan, cook for 5 minutes
  • Remove from fire, garnish with coriander leaves

BLACK MAGIC CHOCOLATE CAKE


Chocolate is very much popular in world. We use it in so many recipes. There are lots of variations of chocolate recipes. Today I am going to make chocolate cake with dark chocolates.

INGREDIENTS
===========
  • All purpose flour –2 large cups ( 200gm)
  • Eggs – 4
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Dark chocolate – melted 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • Dark brown colour – 2 drops ( optional)
  • Powdered sugar – 1 large cup
  • Butter or oil – 5 to 10 tbsp 
  • For garnishing you can use icing sugar with cream or melted chocolate
PROCESS
=======
  • In a bowl add eggs and sugar blend until fluffy
  • Slowly add flour, melted butter and baking powder
  • Use milk and essence and colour
  • Add dark chocolate, blend to get a smooth mixture
  • Pre heat oven in 140 degree 
  • Transfer in to oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes
  • Blend cream and chocolate with icing sugar
  • Slowly the mixture will be thick
  • Decorate cake with the chocolate cream, use piping bag for decoration

CHICKEN NOODLES SOUP


It is a Chinese dish prepared with chicken strips, rice noodles, mix vegetables and sauces. It is a good dinner dish or a healthy appetizer for your family. Must use fresh vegetables to enrich its nutrient values.
INGREDIENTS

  • Bone less chicken strips – 100 gm
  • Some vegetables chopped like- carrot, cabbage, French beans, mushrooms etc
  • Rice noodles – 50 gm
  • Ginger strips – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock – ½ lit
  • Hoisin sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce – 2 tsp
  • Wheat pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 1 tsp
PROCESS
=======
  • Make fresh chicken stock and remove chicken from it
  • Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and add ginger & garlic
  • Add all vegetables, stir fry
  • Add chicken stock and salt 
  • Bring to boil 
  • Add sauces and chicken strips
  • Cook until vegetables are not done
  • Add rice noodles and pepper
  • Cook for 2 minutes
  • Remove from fire
  • You can garnish with very finely chopped spring onion
