BLACK MAGIC CHOCOLATE CAKE


Chocolate is very much popular in world. We use it in so many recipes. There are lots of variations of chocolate recipes. Today I am going to make chocolate cake with dark chocolates.

INGREDIENTS

  • All purpose flour –2 large cups ( 200gm)
  • Eggs – 4
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Dark chocolate – melted 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • Dark brown colour – 2 drops ( optional)
  • Powdered sugar – 1 large cup
  • Butter or oil – 5 to 10 tbsp 
  • For garnishing you can use icing sugar with cream or melted chocolate
PROCESS

  • In a bowl add eggs and sugar blend until fluffy
  • Slowly add flour, melted butter and baking powder
  • Use milk and essence and colour
  • Add dark chocolate, blend to get a smooth mixture
  • Pre heat oven in 140 degree 
  • Transfer in to oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes
  • Blend cream and chocolate with icing sugar
  • Slowly the mixture will be thick
  • Decorate cake with the chocolate cream, use piping bag for decoration

COOKING TIME – 35 MINUTES
SERVE FOR – 4
